Dry weather continues on Wednesday. However, clouds will build into the Carolinas on Thursday as moisture from Nicole moves into the region. Tropical conditions will impact the Carolinas late Thursday and all day Friday. The exact timing may change but be prepared for steady rain and gusty winds.
