A dip in the polar jet stream will sustain cooler than normal temperatures this week and even into mid-November. Monday will be 10-25 degrees cooler than it was Sunday, with morning temperatures very chilly in the Charlotte metro. Monday afternoon will see a mix of clouds and sunshine but there will be more clouds keeping things cool by later afternoon. Charlotte’s high on Monday, Nov. 14, will be in the low 50s with even lower temperatures in the North Carolina mountains.
Overnight lows will be in the upper 30s across most of the Charlotte area with cloudy skies.
Tuesday will see rain and a wintry mix in the Carolinas. The mountains of North Carolina could see some light snow and ice with sleet possible in Charlotte. #WakeUpCLT #Weather #Forecast
