Monday will be another cool day in the Charlotte metro with afternoon highs in the low-to-mid 50s with mostly sunny skies. WCNC Charlotte meteorologist Chris Mulcahy says Monday morning was the coldest day of the fall season so far, with the low temperature plummeting all the way down to 23 degrees.
Luckily, the cold weather will soon be in the rearview mirror for Thanksgiving. Slightly warmer weather, at least average temperatures for this time of year, will be in the forecast for the Charlotte metro. We’re talking temperatures in the mid-60s on some days, including Thanksgiving Day. There will be a chance of rain across North Carolina and South Carolina, but at least we won’t be cold like it has been for the past week or so.
THANKSGIVING DAY FORECAST
Skies will be sunny to partly cloudy in the Charlotte area with highs in the low 60s. There is a chance of showers Thursday night with overnight lows falling into the mid-40s. #Weather #Forecast
