Known as the “Queen City,” Charlotte is a thriving city that offers endless opportunities for both individuals and families. The city has been selected twice as one of the host cities for presidential nominating conventions.

Charlotte is also home to several professional sports teams, including hockey, football, and baseball. The city is home to Carolina-based teams, such as the University of South Carolina Gamecocks, UNC Charlotte 49ers, and Duke University Blue Devils.

The city’s modern central business district is Uptown. This area of Charlotte is home to the NASCAR Hall of Fame and the Levine Museum of the New South. This museum explores the post-Civil War history of the South.

The Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden is also a great attraction to visit in Charlotte. The garden features 360 acres of gardens and natural surrounding areas. It’s also one of the 20 Great Gardens in the country.

The Billy Graham Library is another great attraction in Charlotte. Located in Uptown, this is one of Charlotte’s most popular attractions. The tour is about an hour and a half.

The NASCAR Hall of Fame is a great place to visit for both residents and visitors. It features interactive exhibits, films, and more. It is also home to a number of special events, including an Animal Meet and Greet.
