Rain, heavy at times in the morning, with only scattered showers in the afternoon. High temperatures will be in the upper 40s. Skies should become partly cloudy late Thursday night, with lows in the upper 30s.

Friday-Sunday:

Look for mostly sunny skies all three days with high temperatures well below the December average 55 degrees. Friday’s high should be around 50 and in the mid to upper 40s Saturday and Sunday.
