760 Craft Works, a taproom and brewery opening in Huntersville, will make IPAs and lagers, and will also serve small-production wines.

Trey Ramsey this is my dad Wagner Ramsay Um I guess you could say we got started With him back in the 90s taking up Homebrew and and me pitching in where I Could Taste testing And then you have to fast forward You know probably to 2015. I was out in California I was moving back here with My now wife And that was really when we started Saying hey you know we want to do a Family business and Brewing seems like The perfect thing to do And that really made the groundwork back In 2016 To say well [Music] It's basically Where you know a third place for people Outside of work and home For all different walks of life he's Retired my mom's retired I'm married With a two and a half year old and a Four-month-old and a dog and so we Really wanted a place that would be Welcoming to you know pretty much Everybody and so that was really where a Lot of the effort went into was finding The right place and then of course we're Going to make great beer we're going to Have great wine And we just want people to have that Place where they can come here be by

Themselves read a book or they can come Here with 15 friends that have a great Time and really there's no constraints We want this to be that third place that People spend a great part of their time So we want we was placed to be a place They'd love to hang out and just spend Time with friends and relax 10 Barrel brew house it's three vessels We have a separate match mixer letterton And Kettle whirlpool We did plan on making sure that we Weren't going to be constrained right Out of the right of the you know gate if We did have some decent traction and Growth so a lot of effort went into the Production layout all that good stuff We've got room to grow And you know we even have a 60 kilowatt Generator out back so if the power does Go out every now and then The beer will be cold the cold bus will Be cold the beer in the tanks will be Cold the power will be on you can come Here and charge up your laptop your Phone have a good time even with the Power's out thank you Yeah so we're targeting end of April Maybe beginning of May for a grand Opening and hopefully the weather will Cooperate and everybody can come here And celebrate with us we'll have food Trucks live music you name it and we Hope to add that you know every week on
