Hello Christian how are you I will I'm Fine thanks you uh I'm good Um I guess the better question is how's Ben I know we saw him pop up on the Injury report and uh no he went out of The game Wednesday with uh what looked Like a knee Yeah we don't know a Um the exact extent what uh Or what he really has we need to wait Some more imaging and obviously our Performance department is looking at That Could be something not uh Not so Worrying so that uh it's not a worrying Thing anyway but could be A short or a little bit long a little Bit longer so we are waiting for 12 news About it Uh how did brecht respond first in the Immediate aftermath of the way he played On Wednesday and since then how has he Responded to uh what you called I think On Wednesday night uncharacteristic Mistakes defensively Yeah it was mortified and he was you Could tell that it was really down Apologize with everybody And uh you know my response to that was That of course it's a mistake that uh It was a bad mistake but we are in this Altogether And uh

For us to achieve what we want to Achieve we want to You know move us as forward as possible And they know that they have a big Responsibility because of the position On the pitch the experience that they Have and The you know the role that they play in The team so there is no getting away Like we have to face the last five Minutes if we if we are under pressure I Did I didn't feel that we were Specifically Under Pressure last year we Were more Under Pressure than than we Have been against the last game but the Only thing that we conceded uh Maybe we were a little bit more lucky as Well as defending well the luck you made Your own luck yeah I think we defended Well in those moments but I felt that we Didn't give initiative to the opposition So like we have to take responsibility In this moment Carol and then so they Have to know that they are two important Places for us and they need to Work well together with the ball without The ball and even the second goal I Think that Carol makes a great decision Is a goal scorer with his football brain But uh and so keeping lessons occupied Also is important and we have got this We have this proof that when they work Well together things happen goal gets Cold and the chances are created can

Has got their own philosophy and for Example in the last game Philadelphia They have Twos and a half I know Elliot was suspended but the Glassness especially which is very very Good with the ball very accurate steps With the ball so even teams that maybe They get not seen as a attacking from The back but they have very very good Plays in doing so so I think it's it's a Common trait in modern football where You you must start defending with your Front players and you must attack him With your defending players including The goalie Everybody Plays a key role so Yes when we talk about the Characteristics of the players and I have to make decision on the central Defenders that I play not because I Don't think that the players that I left Out of the squad they're not good I Think that they are really good players But Maybe with characteristics different Characteristics and if I have to make a Choice in which Defenders are bringing Startly to start with in the first 11 And then in the squad and I cannot bring A to Central Defenders you know so I Need to make a decision and the decision Is made for tactical reason for Characteristics reason and one of the Reasons for example a deal and Andrew

Patient because sometimes I can feel Frustration that Has to be is about uh Is about expectations and that we have High expectations but we need to give Time sometimes when you want to run Before you can walk the risk is that you Paradoxically you re you delay the time That is taken to walk But if we actually give ourselves the Time and if we give a little bit of Perspective we can see that the team is Moving in the right direction and with More uh adding we can be We can go really far uh how long it will Take I don't think it will take a long time But when I hear about is a must win game Is a must this is a must date I think it's of course we know that we Want to win everything everybody wants To win every game everybody wants to do The best but we also must control the Way we do things not just the outcome Sometimes the outcome we can't We can't control and Yesterday one of our Physiocenter great note where I have Very good people around around me but The Football Club Charlotte has got Great people around And he was telling me about a coach that I heard a lot about John Wooden by Saying that you know up before winning
The the 10 You know Championship with the UCLA in a Row and being really Become a legend he said as a coach he Enjoyed more the first 15 years in which He didn't win because that taught him a Lot of things So I'm not advocating that I need to get 15 years nobody gets even 50 months Nowadays but But just to put things in perspective You need to see that there is a Progression in what we do And I believe that there is even though Sometimes uh we see at the moment it Draws as uh as defeat which I don't think is the right way of going Especially given the performance that is Behind those Pros Looking ahead uh for tomorrow night uh You know I mean Cincinnati's been I mean they've been Good what what what do you see from them And how do you how do you how do you get The three points on Saturday night Will do the same thing uh uh What do I see in them I see that they Are a team very dangerous uh they are Leading the East so which is a very Strong League of itself uh very good players Individually very good structure Collectively Um so that I could talk about the cost I
Could talk about baskets again you can Talk about you boy you can talk again Again about the solidity of the back Three Uh the full box Wing box Arias and Barreal they have many many good players Moreno Many many good players The new DP as a center forward so Uh but at the same time we want to give Them our best our best effort and to Keep giving continuity to the Performance uh I think that if you want To build continuity in what you are Doing and to have really to move forward As a team that can not just arrive in Certain places but sustain Um you need you can't You can't exclude the way you play so I What I want to see from us Obviously is to give a strong Performance against them to make it Difficult For them to express the game that they Know they like to play and at the same Time to have uh to take control of the Game whenever possible and to play our Offensive game this is what I want to See All right Christian I'm going to try to Lighten the mood here for my last one to To put a smile on your face I am fine I'm really relaxed It's been kind of a serious uh meeting
