Bryce what's your level of Frustration at at this point in the Season um you obviously haven't had a Season like this before uh what are your Thoughts on on the team right now yeah We're all Frustrated frustrating situation to be In it's not who not who we are not who We want to be but that's what the we are We put on tape we are put in the field And we have to be better um um you know Our defense ball great game start to Finish we have to be better I have to be Better first and foremost I have to be I Have to be a lot better so you know we Have to be better we we it's frustrating It's very frustrating um and that's not Me that's not just me that that's Everyone you know we're competitors Losing is is frustrating Um you know it's fresh you feel it But end of the day you got to you got to Turn the page and being frustrated However you feel it's not going to not Going to win you a game it's not going To help um you have to turn that and Then use that in action throughout the Week and then we have to translate it to To to Sunday or Thursday tonight Whatever we we have to translate it we We care we work hard you know I'm I'm Grateful to be playing with the guys That that I am you know we work hard um You know we're we're throughout the week

You know we look good we execute we we We do we we push but we got to find a Way to make that make that translate Again especially especially offensively F again first and foremost myself I have To be better have to be better and as a Unit we we can't put out we can't have Performances like that we can't or Better than that we can't put that on Film so yeah it's very frustrating um But ultimately again frustrated or not It's not going to help you next week so We got to be able to use that turn into Something and channel it and find a way Right you mentioned the spirit and Practices the good practices where do You biggest disconnect from those to Putting we just just making it translate I honestly we it's something we got to Figure out together as a team as you as As a whole cuz you know I we we we work And the coaches do a great job of Pushing us to work and we try to be Perfect and again throughout the week we We're good we we again obviously there's Stuff we can do better um you know we're We're not perfect but we work we we we Do the things we we come off of Practices feeling good A lot of the Times we talk about little things and And we carry it over um but and again The coaches do a great job of Cultivating that from us but we don't we Haven't been able to translate that that

Hasn't been able to show up especially Consistently and that's that's not good Enough um I I you know we're it's a work In progress to find what that disconnect Is um we all have to look in the mirror We all have to figure out what we can do To help again I I'm I there's a lot of Things I can do better A lot of things I Need to do better um so again I'm right There I got to make sure it translates Well just like everyone but you know We're going to find that answer answer Together what happened the third and 10 Play Bo that third down play at the end of The game right before the field goal try It the one that it was almost Intercepted um red a blitz dropped out Can't you know dropped out under under His Zone where they where under his spot Where where I was throwing so um again Have to see that um you know progressor Get it up and over um good play again I Have to be better be better all night I Was not good enough at all um not not Not good enough at all um we weren't so Um you know got to got to see things um Got to make got to make better decisions Got to execute better um and that that That's 100% on me rice how is the Frustration affecting your play out it Doesn't you don't feel it on the field It's not in and it it's it's not Something that affects it doesn't affect

My play that's not a reason I have to be Better because of me it's there's it's Not some outs outsanding circumstance Not a it's not it's I have to be better I have to I have to push myself I have To be better that there's there's no There there's no excuse there's no External in the game you're not you're Not you don't think about that that's Not something that's going through your Mind um there's no there's not Frustration in the game it's it's it's You know we came back to the locker room A lot of times and been a lot of the Same result so um it's where the Frustration comes from um again we're All competitors we're all frustrated um And you know ultimately again we'll be As frustrated as you want it's not going To matter next Sunday so we have to use That to to actually be better and to Make sure that it carries over we hear That you have to be better but I mean How what do you need to do because we Hear good practices we hear the same Stuff every week but we also hear you Have to get better what do you need to To change in order to be better just Again it's just execution just carrying Stuff you know the weeks the week but Just just from my standpoint being Better with everything being more Accurate getting through things faster Making better decisions figuring out

Managing situations better um it's all Encompassing Again we we had especially you know Especially considering the way our Defense played special teams special Teams helps we had all the opportunities We had in the world and ultimately Didn't execute and that that's on me Again every ball every every time we Snap the ball the ball touches my hands Um so it's my responsibility and again As a unit we all take that that Ownership as well um so there's you know It's a long list you got to watch the Film you got to learn from it got to Figure out you know when when you figure Out you watch the plays and you watch Cut you see everything that happened um You get the more specifics but just got To execute hey we'll do a couple More the guys always scored two Touchdowns in 12th quarter since they Changed play Callers is that how has that impacted What's happened out there that that That's you know that that doesn't have Anything to do with it again we we get Put in good situations um and again it's It's a different play caller but um tb's Always always helped with the system Always helped with he's you know he's Been a big part of it um it's not the Play calls against it's execution we get Put in situations um to be successful we

Get you know we have opportunities we Have and we we don't execute um that Starts with me um I have to be better And then you know as a unit again it's Not just me that takes that ownership we All take it so it it doesn't it's not Not the play calling not the play call Not not TB at all again we're we're as a Unit as a group we all we all have to be Better and we just have to execute on The field right set last Drive last one I think you all Rand 15 Plays and and obviously didn't didn't Score but it seemed like everything was Was short and and you know intermediate To short how difficult do that make it To to get down the field and and get in The ends that that's not again that Especially in that last drive that's not That's by one by Design and also by Where the that that's really reflected Of what the defense is is giving you Know obviously it's a two-minute Situation Ro want to keep the ball in Front so it result in some short Intermediate passes so again because of That that wasn't you know yeah to take Advantage of that but we have stuff that If they do you know if they if they give Us something that's they didn't you know That was just how it shook out and you Know 15pl Drive is is great and um you Know it's awesome but a 15pl drive with No points is the same as a oneplay drive

With no points you know you didn't you Know at that especially at that time you Know move the ball awesome um didn't Come out with points in the end um so That again that that's not you know it's Not play call that's not the situation Dictated that and especially at that Time short and stuff like that you you Take time you take clock you're able to Move the ball it's it was We were put in The right spot um I have to do a better Job of making sure that that that we Execute and we we find a way to score in That moment thank you brce thanks brce

From the 9th annual Spring South End Wine & Hops festival to an awe-inspiring performance by renowned cellist Rachel Zukerman, Charlotte has many cultural events to keep you entertained all year round.

If you’re looking for a taste of the local beer scene, check out Charlotte’s many breweries with patios that offer beautiful city views. Whether you’re a beer fanatic or prefer to drink kombucha, there’s something for everyone in Charlotte’s ever-growing craft brewery scene.

In fact, the city’s burgeoning breweries have earned it a spot on Food & Wine’s 2022 list of “America’s Next Great Food Cities.” Or head over to The Forum to catch a concert by your favorite musical artist. Afterward, stroll through the quaint shops in The Shops at Freedom Park. The upscale shopping mall is home to over 100 boutiques and restaurants. For those who are moving to Charlotte with a family, you can enjoy the countless kid-friendly attractions that are found throughout the city.
