Charlotte North Carolina is a city that seems to have a different energy than most places. Maybe it’s in the water, or maybe it’s just the people but whatever it is you can tell that a lot of people love living here! In fact, it was recently named one of the best cities to live in the country by Glassdoor.
If you’re a foodie, you’ll definitely want to check out the Queen City’s restaurant scene. Whether you’re looking for something fancy or just some great BBQ, there are tons of options to choose from. You can also find some great live music at local bars and clubs. Whether you like to rock out at large music venues or just enjoy a night of jazz at Connolly’s there’s always something going on in Charlotte!
The area is also known for it’s diverse and unique neighborhoods. From the trendy NoDa to the booming bar-heavy South End you can find anything you’re looking for. And with a few great schools including UNC-Charlotte, Duke University, and Davidson College there’s a good mix of older and younger residents.
