Across the country, real estate data company Redfin economists say the rental market is finally cooling off. In fact, 14 major metro areas across the country saw rent rates drop year over year.

But that’s not the case in Charlotte.

Charlotte North Carolina Offers Plenty of Things to See and Do

Known as the Queen City, Charlotte, North Carolina is a great place to visit. With a population of nearly 700,000 people, the city is large enough to offer plenty of things to see and do, but small enough to be manageable for all.

The city is home to a number of breweries, including the Olde Mecklenburg Brewery, Sycamore, and Triple C. There are also several vineyards around Charlotte.

There is also a nice selection of museums in the area. The Schiele Museum of Natural History and the Bechtler Museum of Modern Art are two of the best in Charlotte. They feature a large collection of exhibits, which include pieces by Edgar Degas, Jasper Johns, and other famous artists. The Bechtler is open daily, except Tuesday.

The city is also home to the NASCAR Hall of Fame, which celebrates the sport through a variety of interactive displays. The Levine Museum of the New South is another fun attraction, exploring the history of the South after the Civil War.

The city also has an excellent public transit system, making it easy to get around. The Charlotte Area Transit System operates a light rail system and a bus system. This is a good thing because Charlotte is the sixth largest urban area in the United States.

The Charlotte Liberty Walk is a series of bronze plaques and monuments that highlight the city’s historical significance. The city is also home to the Bechtler Museum of Modern Art, which is the largest in the state and one of the best art-related attractions in Charlotte.
