[Applause] [Music] If you're in Charlotte And you're not at the Charlotte FC game What are you doing Coming to Charlotte FC is about Community it's about culture and it's Given us all the confidence in the world To continue to to build and evolve I think that people realize that you Have a strong foundation on the pitch And off the pitch and it's just a matter Of building off of that and how can we Take it to the next level Building our culture is Extremely important it's either as a Charlotte FC it's not easy to build a Culture I mean culture is just so Important you know to kind of build that Camaraderie and that chemistry in the Team we want to have good habits we want To have that winning mentality to go up In each and every game and win This is important culture this is good For this team and this is good for the City too [Music] Foreign [Music] In order for a club to be successful the Fans have to be completely invested and I think that one of the things that We've seen here is a complete investment In the team the fans wow they've been
Incredible they came in they set their Traditions they're going to back the Team regardless the fans are the player Number 12 for us the club's fan base is Amazing one of the best if not the best In Major League Soccer and I think They're very much the cultural fabric of The team One of my favorite Match Day experiences And traditions Falls outside of the Walls of our Stadium outside the 90 Minutes that our players are playing on The pitch and that's our tailgate it's a True display of our different supporter Groups coming together unified to create A pre-part a party that's not just meant For supporters but that is open to any And every fan I have a huge competitive Advantage Playing at home it's not even close I Just feel like the noise that they make When we get into the attack and a half You know they're all over the referee Things like that it does make a huge Difference We feel their energy and how much they Love and support us throughout the Season I feel like that's really helped Us make Bank of America a fortress Fans are a big reason that we come out With so much energy we keep pushing Throughout the full 90 minutes they keep Us going we hear them the whole game They're loud they're on their feet
We want this club to be something that Is embraced by everyone tell their Friends tell their co-workers tell them About the energy tell them about the fun They had it's great for kids it's great For everyone the diversity the energy It's something that is unlike anything Else that they'll attend Having a winning culture Throughout the entire organization is Paramount to success
