“We need to find out who the men are in this locker room and go compete.” Hurst said to the media after practice on Monday.
What's been the message I know is you Guys have not gotten off to the start You wanted to what what's been the Message from you guys and from from FR Um we just have to continue to go back To work you know it's a long season Obviously 0 and5 it's not the start we All dreamed of you know the beginning of The off season but I think at this point You know being 0 and5 and putting Ourselves in the position that we're in It's just it's about Manning up right Now um throw the record throw the Opponent out the window who gives that We just we need to find out who the men Are in this locker room and just go Compete I think that's all that Frank is Asking for it's all that we're asking For is you know veterans so to speak on This team is just show effort have you Seen uh do you feel like you guys have Competed collectively the first five Weeks at times um I think the biggest Issue right now is we just continue to Shoot ourselves in the foot um you know We're in a one possession or you know One score game In Detroit and we go back toback Turnovers and they turn into touchdowns And we go down 21 um we just can't do That I think the more self-inflicted Wounds that we have you know it's just It's harder to overcome that stuff and Um we just got to hammer that hammer
That stuff out throughout the week why Didn't this team be able to find an Identity offensively say that again why Don't you think this team's really found A true identity Offensively um I know I think we're Trying some things just trying to see What works and what doesn't um I don't Know I guess we just got to go back to The drawing board throughout the week And try to figure some stuff out have You ever been through a season like this Uh no sir I have not uh this is new to Me but you know again at the end of the Day 0 and5 the record I I I don't care You know just got to go back to work to See Chandler zala get on the plane last Night and and what was it like the scary Scene that unfolded yeah never you never Want to see one of your brothers go down Like that on the field you know he's not Moving they're bring bringing the cart Out they're bringing the stretcher out I Mean that's it's pretty terrifying you Know you you know I got my fiance Watching back home and it's just it's Not it's nothing you ever want to see on A football field you know I know it's a It's pretty violent game but you know It's it's tough to watch you it's tough To bounce back from as a team too to go Back out there after you know see one of Your brothers get carded off the field But that's what we signed up for
Unfortunately when you um was there any Hesitation for you in going back out There after seeing Chandler go down in That way no I I mean like I said you Never want to see it but um we all have A job to do you know I just got to go Back to work you know it it sucks to see That you know I'm glad he's up and he's Doing well but you know we still got Three more quarters to play so you got To go out there and do your Job we haven't seen you been uh super Involved in the passing game like I Think we thought you would be week one You were is that kind of what you were Talking about just sort of the offense Getting to know each other and them Getting to know everybody's Strengths yeah I mean I mean Um there's a lot of stuff going on in Year one um just got to get on the same Page with Bryce you know the more routes I can run with him one-on-one you know In the week is just going to build Confidence and that trust um so yeah Like I said it just comes back to going Back to work

Events, Life, Sports, Weather, News
If you move to Charlotte, you’ll find a cosmopolitan city with a surprisingly relaxed lifestyle. You’ll also be close to the beach and many other natural areas, making it easy to enjoy the outdoors and explore new places.
The city is named after Queen Charlotte of Mecklenburg-Strelitz, wife of King George III, earning it the nickname “Queen City.” It’s home to top-notch colleges and universities and has a thriving financial industry. It’s a popular place to relocate for jobs at companies such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Red Ventures. And, if you’re interested in getting your own start, the startup scene is flourishing here.
Charlotte offers an exceptional variety of neighborhoods that fit every lifestyle. From the heart of downtown to quiet suburban communities, there are plenty of options to choose from.
Whether you’re an art lover looking for the latest exhibit at the Bechtler Museum of Modern Art or a music fan eager to see up-and-coming acts at Tremont Music Hall, there’s something for everyone in Charlotte. You can also get your culture fix at the Charlotte Symphony or the North Carolina Ballet.
Getting around Charlotte can be challenging without your own vehicle, but the CATS bus system is continually expanding its reach. And, if you live in one of the city’s suburbs, you can hop on the light rail to avoid traffic and get where you need to go. You can also take a taxi or rideshare service, which can be less expensive than using a taxi in most cities.
