Justin you played here what does What does being the manager of the team That you want to play for me to you you Know it's exciting Um I I always say it's never about me And it never will be first and foremost It's about these guys that are that are Playing and competing every night on a Nightly basis between the lines and it's Continuing to get them better and you Know working on their craft as Individuals while also hopefully Bringing some wins to the town of Charlotte and the fans here what was This off season like for you getting Getting the call to come here obviously You're quite young too so being a Manager of a triple A ball Club probably Means a lot right yeah it was exciting Um you know very fortunate to get this Opportunity from the Chicago White Sox I'm grateful for this opportunity you Know but there's work to be done and I Know you know this game it doesn't Really change necessarily with the ins And outs of the game on a nightly basis Or a daily basis from level to level Right so you know a lot of the same Things regardless of what level you're At obviously you're dealing with a Little bit different Um makeup of your of your club with guys That you know maybe you know your Billy Hamilton's who have spent a lot of time

In the big leagues um you know and then Your younger guys so it's just Continuing to keep that mix Um and then keep it as fluid as possible For these guys

Uptown restaurants serve up a wide range of delicious cuisine from around the world. From down-home fish and chips to high-end New American dishes, trendy Uptown restaurants have made their mark on the local food scene.

The beer and wine scene has exploded in the city as well, with seemingly hundreds of breweries and several vineyards to choose from. This makes Charlotte a great place for beer and wine lovers.
