Let's focus on the Panthers here hi There Stacy Dales can't wait for that Yeah it's a good one lance has Bryce Young going one Um it's interesting as they make these Moves trading away DJ Moore obviously Not good for a Young quarterback but They've made some other moves that will Help a Young quarterback whomever it is Yeah it's been really a fascinating to Watch what Scott fitterer the general Manager and Company have done in Carolina not only in some of those Player Acquisitions this off season Especially with the offense Andrew but Just the staff that they have assembled I think it's important to go back to That staff because when I saw Josh McCown who played 19 years in the National Football League and he's now The quarterbacks coaching Carolina They are ecstatic about the group that They have you think about Frank Reich Right up there at the top the offensive Coordinator Thomas Brown who just came From the Rams so all that Sean McVay Knowledge as well as his own knowledge Of course I mentioned McCown Jim Caldwell is on this staff remember some Of the quarterbacks that he has coached As we watch this footage here with CJ Stroud and now we see will Levis they Have done their due diligence I didn't Even mention do Staley their run game
Coordinator who will have a massive Impact on this team but then you look at The Personnel so as we're watching Bryce Young here and we just saw Will and we Saw Stroud Andrew they have assembled a Veteran offense Adam thielen DJ Chark Now has joined the mix miles Sanders at The running back position these are all Premium players at one point and maybe Still perhaps obviously in their career As Scott fitterer sees it uh Hayden Hurst the tight end he has done this Very strategically to allow This Young quarterback which we are Going to argue it's either Stroud or Bryce young to walk in and have success And he'll do so beside Andy Dalton who Also started as a rookie in the National Football League at the quarterback Position they have done this very Strategically and it's going to be Interesting because they love their Offensive line they love their debt that Receiver they really like their defense How quickly can the Carolina Panthers Get good in the NFL
