A booming banking center with one of the most active economies in the US, Charlotte has something for everyone. From major touring acts and a vibrant arts scene to high-profile sporting events, residents enjoy a full calendar of entertainment in the Queen City.

Located in a region known for its low-cost of living, the locals are friendly and welcoming to newcomers. The city’s central business district is a bustling hub of activity with plenty of restaurants and nightlife options, and neighborhoods throughout the city offer their own unique charm.

One of the biggest perks of living in Charlotte is being close to excellent healthcare. However, the city does have a robust bike-share program, and the city’s transit system offers over 70 local and regional fixed routes.
