Tuesday will see mostly cloudy skies across the Carolinas with afternoon highs in the upper 50s, and we’re going to see a warmup by Wednesday. Wednesday starts that warming trend with mostly sunny skies in North Carolina and South Carolina. Overnight lows will again be in the 30s but not quite as cold as it was Monday, when we bottomed out at 23 degrees.
