There are many reasons to visit Charlotte, NC. The city has all four seasons, with breathtaking fall foliage. Winters are relatively mild, as Charlotte is located in the southern part of the state. Only two to four months of snowfall are common each year, and if temperatures are cold enough, fresh snow can be found in the nearby mountains.
