Residents of Charlotte are within driving distance of beautiful, mountainous areas like Banner Elk and Blowing Rock. Alternatively, they can take a quick drive north to Lake Norman, where the Atlantic Ocean beckons. No matter which attraction you choose, Charlotte will make you happy.
