Okay um no injuries to Report you know tough loss um credit to The Bears hard fought hard fought game You know we knew it would be um defense Continues to play great football special Teams played great uh offensively we Were poor um it wasn't today was not a Question of beating ourselves we just Didn't execute as well as we needed to Execute to win a football game so you Know we got our own that we got to keep Working at it I believe we have the Players and the coaches to get that done And uh you know well players have a long Weekend and then we come back in here Next week and get ready to go Frank you Said that you believe in you have the Players and coaches to do this but after The way this this is started why is this So hard to feel like there's a solution In place why is it why why does it look Like there isn't progress right now from Yeah yeah no all I would say Is you know we're not produ you know We're not scoring points on offense we Got to be better I believe we will be Better Um yeah I mean that's that's how I feel And listen this is you know it when we Say I don't think we have any Unrealistic expectations that you know It's not like we're saying Um we've talked about this before Scoring's down we just got to figure out

Play well enough to win football games That's really what I'm concerned about Is winning um I'm not worried about how Many yards or what the stats are Concerned about playing winning football And I don't want to get caught up in the Stats um I want to get caught up in Winning and you know we've had too many Close games where if we play a little Bit better on offense we win and so That's what I'm not going to focus on How many yards or what the Run pass Ratio is those are all fair questions And ask away but you know for us right Now it's just making plays to win Football games can you go over the Decisions first of all to take the time Out uh at third and 10 when like at 16 Seconds or so we broke another yeah we Broke the Huddle and you know had a call That we like but you know we also had Talked about another call and as we Broke the Huddle just said you know we Just together decided let's let's go With this other call is it worth taking The time out and just thought it was Thought it was important enough because You know it's third and 10 that's you Know that's a tough conversion um but We're at like the 40 yard line so if we Get five yards we're in Easy field goal Range not easy but we're in legit field Goal range and felt like the secondary The two plays were talking the second

Call maybe gave us more options to kind Of if we didn't have our conversion play That we could still get five yards that That's why we did it and at five yards Was going to give you a legit chance at A field goal Why Try it at 59 on a cold Night Um yeah it was a tough decision you know And honestly uh as far as percentages I Felt like the percentages you know I Listen to what everybody you know listen To the analytics guys listen talk to Coach Tes you know there was mixed Opinions about what we should do that's My call um I've seen us make 60 yard in Practice uh felt like there was a little Bit of a breeze at our back the P if you Just look at the pure percentages I Think the pure percentage play is to Kick it you know um you know it's it's The the fourth and 10 conversions Probably 30% conversion and the K 60- yard field Goal is higher than that um do I second Guess myself over it I mean yeah after We missed it yeah I did you know what I Mean because the one the one reason why Maybe you go for it there even though The percentage play is to kick it if You're just going pure percentages is to Kick it is because if we if we make it We still have a chance to win the game And not just tie there was still time Left you know it wasn't like there was

20 seconds to go so um so yeah that that Thought did go through my mind Frank you Said last week I believe that it was a Step backwards for for Bryce what would You call Today no I thought Bryce you know I Don't got look at the film I Thought there in that last drive that Was the other reason you know he he made A couple key fourth down conversions you Know made some good plays in the clutch Um to kind of keep us in it and give us A chance at the end that's another Reason why I thought hey you know after The kick thing just put it in his hand Let him let him even though the numbers Are aren't great let him let him do it You know let's let's just go with it but Um I thought you know I thought he did Some good things I thought he did some Good things today I really did um you Know we have to be better it's so easy To put it all on the quarterback and That's just not the case we all have to Be better at 1 and eight I mean you say That you're confident that you guys you Have the staff and the players but the Record reflects something different Where does that confidence stem from Bunch of close games you know that you Look back at and you say we make one Play here two plays there um and I know We can make those place so that's where It stems from two more questions coach

From from an offensive line standpoint Um it seems like they're giving up a lot Of pressure what do you attribute that To as far as on a weekly basis I mean We've we've seen this kind of build up Um I don't think there's any you know One thing we obviously the protection Has to be better I think there's Multiple things that go into that um We're always evaluating all those you Know first of all it's you know you Evaluate each individual one you Evaluate how we're picking up games and Stunts you evaluate the situations we're In you know the teams were playing you Know you always evaluated as a you know You evaluate every aspect of it you Talked about even the best quarterbacks Have gone through things are you worried About Bryce's confidence right now no I'm not worried about Bryce's confidence I think he has I think he's mentally Tougher than uh a lot of rookie Quarterback I mean for as a rookie Quarterback considering the start we've Had um I don't think I see any retreat In him that's not the right word I don't I see aggressiveness I see resolve um I See Determination and and I feel like he's Taking ownership of it and he's taking Probably more ownership of it than he Should you know because it's a it's a Group effort but the quarterback and

Head coach are always going to be at the Center of it that's just the way it is And so it's just a credit to him for Taking Responsibility um for the whole offense And when when in fact it's it's not just Him can he be better sure can I can I be Better absolutely can we all be better On offense 100% for for sure um but it's You know it's a shared it's a shared Deal at the at the buy um you made the Offensive play calling change kind of a Mini buy here now any thought to staff Changes that you'll make or be asked to Make no there's been no thought to that Great thank you

Charlotte North Carolina – The Queen City

Events, Life, Sports, Weather, News

The Queen City is one of the fastest-growing cities in America. Singles, couples, and families move to Charlotte at an incredible rate thanks to the banking hub’s high-paying jobs, thriving downtown culture, and abundance of activities. There are also several colleges — including UNC Charlotte, Johnson & Wales University, and Davidson College — plus six Fortune 500 companies, including Bank of America, Lowe’s, Sonic Automotive, and Duke Energy. And that’s not even mentioning the popular sports teams (baseball, basketball, football, and hockey) or the first-ever NASCAR race back in 1949.

While crime in Charlotte is higher than average, residents feel the city is safe and friendly. Schools are excellent, and there are plenty of options for post-secondary education with many community and private colleges located in the city’s uptown area.

Charlotte has 175 primary and secondary schools, and residents can choose to send their children to public or charter schools. Many families choose to stay in Charlotte for the quality of its educational system and excellent public amenities. There are plenty of green spaces, too, where you can lay a blanket and have a picnic with friends. If you love to shop, the city has everything from a traditional mall to a trendy new food hall in a converted textile mill.
