How how did you find out about uh the Decision on Frank and and just your Reaction to to all that yeah you know we Were here whenever we found out uh kind Of when it broke and everything and had A team meeting immediately following it Um you know it's unfortunate you know It's we all play a part in that um you Know we didn't perform well enough uh And unfortunately part of this business Is a performance-based business so um You know you got to respect Mr terer for For doing that and you know making the Right decision for the team um you know A lot of faith in in tuer and uh you Know know that he has nothing but the Best interest for us in this Organization and this the city so um you Know excited about the opportunity going Forward you know we're kind of hitting The reset button and just restarting and Just starting to roll so I don't think Nothing has changed just as far as like Rebuilding or anything um just I mean You know we know part of the business This happens and people come people go Um but nothing has changed for for as Defensive side of it you know our Perspective hang into this game uh you Know good team we're going against and Uh we going to need everybody you know Guys coming back And uh you know we going to need Everybody on board I'm very excited for

Coach tab to to be leading the charge uh I hate the circumstances under which it Happened but uh I'm excited to see what He does and he's been the same guy Through you know 24 hours of of us doing This and that's and that's certainly Encouraging because I think the team Will naturally take on uh the Temperament of its head coach man Tes is Tes you know he speci a team he brings The energy um you know he's he's us to Have fun man but there's a fine line Between having fun and coming to work And being professional at your work and He kind of does a great job of uh you Know that happy medium for everybody That you know work is work and when it's Time to have fun we have fun I mean I've Been around Tes uh since what my second Year so I've been around him since I've Been here you know he's a great guy um a Fiery guy you know preaches hard work Fundamentals and you know he always Jokes about it you know we don't get Something right we're going to try Harder and um I always like that about Him so uh definitely glad to have him uh Lead in charge I mean you know a lot of Guys are going to tell you you know he Likes to have fun but I mean he's Obviously a serious guy you know he's Very patient um he wants us to to to be The best and you know the goal is is to Be the best and you know we're playing

For him and and you know we're having a Lot of fun doing it but you know a lot Of guys are you know saying you know It's it's we're having a lot of fun but Don't get it misunderstood you know um You know it's it's this is a business we Need to perform he told us that today in The team meeting guys you guys need to Perform and you know we're going to Perform for him so how he interacts with Us um how he ties everything in he's Loose but still a professional he's not Um uptight um we know what we have to do When we come in and you know he's he He's more so authored about what we Going to do how we going to get it done And you know he he makes it a little bit Of jok here and there to to keep you Engaged so I mean he's just a good gu Attired and everybody get a familiar Face like that you're going to be Playing against this week I mean you Know what he's like in practice oh yeah So man training I know he competitive Dude man he's going to come with it you Know he's going to be very competitive Um he's going to be talking cuz I know He is and uh you know it's going to be a Great match up a little bit yeah I'm Excited for be to see him get a little Success having success over there um you Know just you know hope hope he doesn't Have as much success on Sunday but um Yeah B he's he's a great guy great human

Being uh definitely going to try to get The Jersey after the game but uh but you Know I hope he doesn't have have the Best of games against us but uh but all Love to him you know nothing but but Respect um so on offense you know they They love to split the G uh the ball out Real quick you know and then 13 is the Main guy and just knowing you know he's Going to do a lot of shots to us uh you Know that happened last year as well you Know going deep and everything one1 50-50 ball so uh you know just be aware Of that and um you know stop this Running game for them and be Onedimensional
