They found two in three Americans actually prefer side dishes to the main entree on Thanksgiving. And even more people complain about running out of room on their plate!

Festivals and Events in Charlotte, North Carolina

Charlotte is a great city to visit if you’re in the mood for a little culture and art. There are many festivals in the Charlotte area, and these are great opportunities to get out and enjoy the scenery. Some of the popular ones include Festival in the Park, which takes place in September and features music, local food, and art exhibits. Another festival is the Kings Drive Art Walk, which showcases the artwork of North Carolina artists. And if you’re looking for something a little different, consider attending the Latin-American Festival, a one-day event that celebrates Latin-American music, art, and culture. And, last but not least, don’t miss the Charlotte New Music Festival, which offers lectures and music workshops.

For a bit of hands-on science fun, make your way to Discovery Place, where you can explore exhibits in the natural sciences. You can also enjoy a butterfly pavilion and indoor rainforest, or take part in special events, such as Animal Meet and Greets. Admission to the park is free, and you can visit on Wednesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

If you’re a beer fan, make sure you check out one of the local breweries. There are plenty of them in Charlotte, and you can get a tour and taste some of their creations. The process of brewing a beer is an amazing experience, and you can learn more about the craft behind the beer while you’re there.
